I left RHF for an opportunity elsewhere but I have not a bad thing to say about RHF. A lot of the reviews below talk about "the company being negative." That is the biggest pro i have actually learned from the leadership there. As a loan originator, you are your own business, RHF is just your partner. I can truly say that when I understood that I worked for my self and my boss was my partner, my eyes opened and I made my first six figures.
Thank you for all our help we are happy homeowners. What I can say for the cons is, there is no perfect mortgage company, because we are living in an imperfect world. The Mortgage business is stressful and fast paced. If that is not for you than the Mortgage Industry is not for you.

Terrific people and a friendly atmosphere make everyday a pleasure to come to work. The owners are approachable, hands on and involved with the day-to-day operations. Everyone is willing to pitch in and help as needed. Company is involved/ dedicated to local charities that help make a difference within the community.

Not many lenders service their loans as origination cost are already high. This creates UW's to over stip because of overlay's from the investors. Again, I went from $40k to 6 figures still. What’s the best way to have a lack of compensation and incentive conversation in your department?
